Common use of Program Contracts Clause in Contracts

Program Contracts. Except for the Excluded Contracts, the program licenses and contracts under which Seller is authorized to broadcast programs on the Station (collectively the "PROGRAM CONTRACTS"), including, (a) all program (cash and non-cash) licenses and contracts listed on Schedule 2.1.5, and (b) any other such program contracts that are entered into between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
