Program Closeout. Program Closeout is the process by which the Corporation determines that all applicable actions and all required work of the program including audit and resolution of audit findings have been completed or that there are no additional benefits likely to occur by continuation of program activities or costs. All findings from Corporation monitoring visits must be cleared prior to closeout.
Program Closeout. Upon conclusion of the PHA’s DHAP-Ike program, HUD will conduct a settlement process in accordance with DHAP-Ike operating requirements and then adjust funding for the PHAs accordingly. Final close out will be conducted by HUD no later than 180 days after termination of the program.

Upon conclusion of the grantee’s DHAP-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Transitional Closeout Plan case management services program, HUD, on behalf of FEMA, will conduct a settlement process in accordance with DHAP-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Transitional Closeout Plan operating requirements and then adjust funding for the grantee accordingly and return any unused funds to FEMA.
