Program Capacity and Total Annual Number to Be Served in the Program. CSUMB’s Chinatown Community Learning Center’s Program has the capacity to serve up to 20- 30 unique service users per day in the wide variety of services and classes offered. The annual number to be served is 300 unique individuals.
