PROGRAM CANCELLATION POLICY. 7.1 Provider will outline a cancellation schedule and refund policy for each Program in the Program Appendix. Notice of cancellation must be received by Provider in writing on or before the cancellation date specified in the Appendix. Any refunds to Texas State will be made within thirty (30) business days from the Program cancellation date.
