Common use of Program Advisory Committee Clause in Contracts

Program Advisory Committee. The Recipient shall maintain, throughout Project implementation, under the supervisory authority of the Recipient’s ministry at the time responsible for agriculture and headed by the Secretary General of said ministry, the Program Advisory Committee, comprising, inter alia, representatives from said ministry, its ministries at the time responsible for finance, local government, lands, infrastructure, and trade, respectively, the National Women’s Council, farmer organizations, agribusiness industry associations, and the national Project coordinator serving as its secretary, and with an institutional framework, functions, and resources satisfactory to the Association.
