Common use of PROGRAM ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS Clause in Contracts

PROGRAM ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS. The parties agree that the Local Industry Fund will be used to pay for the administration of this Drug and Alcohol Testing Program. One hundred percent (100%) of the cost of the administration will be paid for by the Employers over and above the current total package costs. The Employers may increase the total package to institute this Program so long as they give a sixty (60) day notice for both the initial cost increase and any subsequent cost increases.
