The Licensure of Medical Group clause requires that the medical group maintain all necessary licenses, permits, and certifications to legally provide healthcare services. This typically means the group must comply with state and federal regulations, ensuring that all practitioners are properly credentialed and that the organization itself is authorized to operate.
