Common use of Professional Matters Clause in Contracts

Professional Matters. Pursuant to applicable laws and requirements -------------------- governing the practice of dentistry, Dental Group shall retain ultimate responsibility for all activities of Dental Group that are within the scope of a dentist's licensure and cannot be performed by Manager due to Manager's non- licensed status. The parties understand and agree that during the term of this Agreement, Dental Group shall be the provider of dental services for all purposes, including, but not limited to, licensure and reimbursement.
