Professional Development – Faculty Members. 18.01.1 Regular and Probationary Teaching Faculty shall have twenty-two working days per year for professional development, practice and research activities, which are considered to be of mutual benefit to both the Faculty Member and the University, and are in keeping with the objectives and responsibilities outlined in Article 13.
