Professional Commitment. Bargaining unit members will fulfill their duties in research, teaching, librarianship, and service consistent with the terms of their appointments, relevant university policies and procedures associated with the comprehensive faculty role that are not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, and in accordance with Article 20, Workload. Bargaining unit members will comply with the University Faculty Research and Consulting Act, 110 ILCS 100 and the State Officials and Employees Ethics Act (SOEEA), 5 ILCS 430.
