Professional Coaching. Coaching is intended as a support to help teachers improve their instructional practice, and it is not to be used for evaluative purposes. Coaches will not share information from coaching activities with evaluators. If an evaluator wants a teacher to work with a coach to improve, then the evaluator needs to have that conversation with the teacher, not the coach.
