Common use of Professional and Program Clause in Contracts

Professional and Program. CJE professional and program staff employees employed in community programs on the payroll as of December 31, 2013 shall be entitled to twenty-two (22) additional paid personal/PTO days per year. CJE professional and program staff employees in community programs hired to begin work on or after January 1, 2014, but before January 1, 2017 shall be entitled to the following number of additional paid personal/PTO days per year: Less than 3 years 10 days 3 years, but less than 8 years 15 days 8 years or more 20 days CJE professional and program staff employees in community programs hired to begin work on or after January 1, 2017 shall be entitled to the following number of additional paid personal/PTO days per year: Less than 3 years 10 days 3 years or more 15 days
