Professional Accountants. Any particulars or details contained in your books of account or other business books or documents which may be required by us under Claims Condition 5 of this policy for the purpose of investigating or verifying any claim hereunder may be produced by professional accountants if at the time they are acting as such for you and their report shall be prima facie evidence of the particulars and details to which such report relates. We will pay to you the reasonable charges payable by you to your professional accountants for producing such particulars or details or any other proofs, information or evidence as may be required by us under the terms of Claims Condition 5 of this policy and reporting that such particulars or details are in accordance with your books of account or other business books or documents.
Professional Accountants. Any particulars in the Insured's accounts which may be required by the Underwriters under Condition 2 of this Section for the purpose of investigating or verifying any claim may be produced by professional accountants if at the time they are regularly acting as such for the Insured and their report shall be prima facie evidence of the particulars to which such report relates. The Underwriters will pay to the Insured under this Section the reasonable charges payable by the Insured to their professional accountants for producing such particulars or any other proofs, information or evidence as may be required by the Underwriters under the terms of this Section and reporting that such particulars are in accordance with the Insured's books of account or other business books or documents provided that the sum of the amount payable under this Memorandum and the amount otherwise payable under this Section shall in no case exceed the Limit of Liability or sum insured by this Section.

Region in which the School District is located as well as other appropriate affiliations as approved.

  • Specialists Direct Doctors Physicians shall coordinate with medical specialists to whom Patient is referred to assist Patient in obtaining specialty care.
