PRODUCTS SPECIFICATION Sample Clauses

The Products Specification clause defines the exact characteristics, standards, and requirements that the products to be supplied under the agreement must meet. It typically outlines details such as dimensions, materials, performance criteria, and any applicable industry standards or certifications. By clearly setting out these specifications, the clause ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of what is to be delivered, thereby minimizing disputes and ensuring the products meet the buyer’s needs.
