Products; Product Warranty and Liability. (a) Schedule 4.24 sets forth, in general terms, a complete and correct list of each Product being sold or otherwise provided in the conduct of the Business as of the date hereof. With respect to each Product, Seller has obtained all applicable Licenses which regulate such Product and that are necessary for such Product to be sold or otherwise provided in the jurisdictions in which it is sold or otherwise provided.
