Products, Proceeds. All of Borrower's interest in and to the products and proceeds of the property described in (a) through (d) above, whether presently existing or hereafter created or arising. The interests and estates described in (a) through (e) above are all hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as the "Properties." TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all of Borrower's right, title and interest in and to the Properties unto the Trustee and his successors or substitutes and to his or their successors and assigns, IN TRUST, however, upon the terms, provisions and conditions herein set forth.
