Production Wafers Prior to Qualification. Although MARVELL does not expect that production quantities of Wafers of a Product will be manufactured prior to completion of the qualification process under Sections 5.1 through 5.3 above, MARVELL reserves the right to have TSMC manufacture production quantities of such Wafers prior to qualification.
