Production Version Clause Samples
Production Version. Production Version is defined as that version of TechShare.Court that is made available for use by Participants in their separate and independent Production Environments to conduct the day-to-day business of the local county courts and clerks office(s).
Production Version. A copy of a HyperSpace Product in the form of run-time/executable images only (and specifically excluding the Source Materials) distributed pursuant to an applicable End User License Agreement in which the Time-Based Deactivation Functions have been deactivated using a access code (i.e. license key) issued by HyperSpace.
