Production Start Dates Sample Clauses
Production Start Dates. Following the Effective Date and until the Commencement of Commercial Production, the Supplier shall provide regular updates to the Purchaser of the anticipated date for the Commencement of Commercial Production. The Purchaser will provide the Supplier with written notice on the same day as the occurrence of each of: (i) First Production and (ii) the Commencement of Commercial Production.
Production Start Dates. Following execution of this Agreement and until each of the Production Start Date and Commercial Production Start Date, the Owner shall provide regular updates to Orion of the anticipated Production Start Date and Commercial Production Start Date, respectively (or at such intervals as Orion may reasonably request from time to time).
