Production Responsibility. The Client assumes all production risks in connection with HCK'S kitchen and equipment, including, but not limited to, any unavailability or failure of equipment during the Client’s use. Under no circumstances will HCK be liable to the Client for any damages, including failure to meet volume production, expected quality and/or other loss cost, or expense the Client may incur. HCK assumes no responsibility for supplying any other of the Client’s food production requirements other than use of the facility and equipment as previously set forth, including but not limited to ingredients, packaging, process, and recipes. HCK assumes no responsibility for any loss, cost or expense the Client may incur as a result of time overlapping of other clients. Additionally, HCK shall assume no responsibility for loss, cost or expense resulting from the malfunction, breakage or any other failure of the equipment in the facility.

Production Responsibility. Except as otherwise provided herein, ICP shall be responsible for all production, including maintenance, of the Stars Online Area. Unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing, ICP shall be responsible for all changes to the Team Online Area or the Feeds. AOL shall bear the expense of any production work performed by ICP (and AOL will not charge ICP for any production work performed by AOL) relating to the Team Online Area or the Feeds (a) which is not requested by ICP, or (b) which is mutually agreed upon by the Parties in good faith within the parameters of this Agreement. Any [*] Portions have been omitted pursuant to a confidential treatment request. change requested by ICP shall require AOL's prior approval, but such approval shall not signify mutual agreement of a change giving rise to AOL's responsibility to bear the expense of such change unless so stated in writing.
Production Responsibility. It is specifically agreed that all manufacturing or processing, services, or other work performed by the Licensee in the production of the Commercial Product from the Product shall be the sole responsibility of the Licensee, with the provision that such work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications and quality standards required by the Licensor and performed in such manner and with such intent as shall protect the Technology of the Licensor.
Production Responsibility. 11.1 S&D shall unless otherwise mutually agreed or unless prevented by circumstances beyond their control, produce and publish the Work within three (3) months of the date that the Author delivers the work. If the Author has selected an expedited service option, S&D will produce and publish the Work within either thirty (30) or sixty (60) days of the date the Author delivers the work, depending upon the nature of expedited services purchased.
11.2 S&D undertakes to set the name of the Author in its customary form with due prominence on the title page and on the binding, jacket and/or cover of every copy of the Work published by them.
11.3 All matters relating to the publication of the Work, including the paper, printing, design, binding and jacket or cover shall be under the entire control of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Denver but the Author shall be consulted on these matters in accordance with S&D’s policy of ‘total design freedom’.
11.4 Book cover and/or Jacket artwork will be custom designed by S&D. The Author may have one-pass of cover artwork, in which case S&D will undertake to produce a second book cover for the Authors’ approval. The Author may choose to supply cover material at his or her own expense.
