Common use of Production release Clause in Contracts

Production release. Producer will produce a commercially viable finished product for the Work which will adhere to traditional standards and practices within the publishing industry. While Publisher will set the release date at its sole discretion, its goal is to release the Work in June of 2022, unless additional time is needed to collect chapters from other contributors. Publisher reserves the right to change the release date due to outside variables which could possibly extend to later in 2022.
