Production Fee. CUC shall pay a Production Fee of Two Cents ($0.02) per Plant produced kilowatt hour to cover the costs of lubricant oils consumables and spare parts from the date of Substantial Completion and for as long as the Operations and Maintenance portion of this Agreement is in effect in accordance with Section 16.1 hereof. CUC, at its own cost, shall be responsible for providing all fuel necessary for operating the facility at full capacity through the period of Final Plant Turnover. Such Production Fee shall be due upon CUC's receipt of Contractor's invoice therefore, but in no event in excess of twice per month.
