Production Bonus. Any commissions payable to Contractor under Paragraph 4 or 5 above, and any Production Bonus payable to Contractor under this Paragraph, shall be the Contractor's sole compensation for all services rendered and all expenses incurred by Contractor for the wholesaling of the Underwritten Securities or any services contemplated under this Wholesaling Agreement. On Commissionable Fund Sales and Commissionable Policies, the Company will pay Contractor a Production Bonus ("Production Bonus" or "Bonus"), subject to the following conditions, while this Wholesaling Agreement is in effect:

Production Bonus. A bonus percentage will be determined based on each qualifying Representative's aggregate sales of all Southland products (variable and general account) during the six-month periods ending June 30 and December 31. Any General account production received outside the Representative's employment with Selling Broker-Dealer shall be included to determine bonus eligibility. The bonus percentages are as follows: LEVEL PRODUCTION PRODUCTION BONUS % Level I $15,000 Paid Annualized Premium 5% Level II $30,000 Paid Annualized Premium 10% Level III $45,000 Paid Annualized Premium 15% The percentage will be applied to variable universal life first policy year target premium actually received by Southland during the bonus period. The bonus is payable during the month following the end of the applicable bonus period. To qualify for a bonus, Representative must have an aggregate Southland 13-month persistency of 85% or higher at the end of the applicable bonus period.
Production Bonus. AGL shall pay or cause to be paid a production bonus ("Bonus"), based on the average consideration received for each contract. A determination as to whether DISTRIBUTOR qualifies for the Bonus is to be made on an annual basis and the Bonus will be paid annually. Qualification for the Bonus is determined and the amount of the Bonus is calculated as follows:
Production Bonus. The CONTRACTOR (on its own behalf and on behalf of Range Resources) shall pay to the DEPARTMENT the following production bonuses. The Bonus equals the Production Bonus rate times the excess of A over B, where: A = Year-to-date aggregate premiums received for the current calendar year for individual variable annuity products B = Floor Amount (as defined below) As of the effective date of this Agreement, the Floor Amount is $1,005,802,370.05. If in any calendar year the aggregate premium received for the individual variable annuity Products is greater than the previously established Floor Amount, a new current Floor Amount is established. This new current Floor Amount is equal to the aggregate amount of premium received for individual variable annuity Products during that calendar year. The Floor Amount cannot decrease in any year The Production Bonus rate is [**]%, which is calculated and paid monthly.

If in any calendar year the aggregate premium received for the individual variable annuity Products is greater than the previously established Floor Amount, a new current Floor Amount is established. This new current Floor Amount is equal to the aggregate amount of premium received for individual variable annuity Products during that calendar year. Production Bonus. If Owner realizes Net Cash Flow from ethanol sales and byproduct sales prior to Substantial Completion, Owner shall pay Design-Builder at the time of Final Payment a production bonus (“Production Bonus”) equal to forty percent (40%) of Net Cash Flow derived from such sales. In no event shall the Production Bonus be payable for any production beyond five hundred and fifteen (515) Days after the date of the Notice to Proceed and in no event shall the Production Bonus be payable for any Day in which the Early Completion Bonus is payable.
