Product Set. Unisys reserves the right to purchase any Product which Seller offers to any other reseller pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Seller shall sell all new Products and Product enhancements to Unisys if such Products are generally available for sale to others. Unisys may productize and/or engage in proactive marketing programs on any one or more of these Products. Productization includes promoting the sale of the Products within the Unisys sales force and to our customers and entering the Product data and pricing in the on-line database for dissemination to the field sales personnel.
