Product Schedule. Where Supplier wishes to supply, and JDSU wishes to purchase, a Product pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the parties shall complete and sign a document substantially in the form shown as Exhibit G (Product Schedule) for that Product. Upon the effective date of such Product Schedule, the supply and purchase of such Product shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement until removal of such Product from this Agreement in accordance with its terms or upon the expiry or earlier termination of this Agreement in accordance with its terms. For greater certainty, the terms of this Agreement shall apply to all Products purchased from Supplier by JDSU, even if not listed in a Product Schedule. Product Schedule. 3.1 The parties may from time to time agree a Product Schedule applicable only to the Product(s) to be licensed under that Product Schedule (unless otherwise expressly provided). The parties agree that Products shall be licensed and supplied in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and in particular the applicable Product Schedule.
3.2 When executed, each Product Schedule will be deemed to be incorporated into and form part of this Agreement and will not form a separate contract.
3.3 If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the provisions of any Product Schedule and the provisions of this Agreement (other than the Product Schedule), unless otherwise specified in a Product Schedule, the provisions of this Agreement (other than the Product Schedule) will prevail to the extent of that inconsistency or conflict.
3.4 Once a Product Schedule has been agreed and validly executed by the parties (the date of which (and, where more than one date is shown on a Product Schedule, then the later of which dates) shall be known as the “Product Schedule Signature Date”), no amendment will be made to a Product Schedule except in accordance with Clause 34.1.
Product Schedule. “Product Schedule” means a schedule, as amended from time to time by mutual agreement of the parties, that (i) references this Agreement and is executed by the parties hereto, (ii) sets forth information relating to a Product to be manufactured for Buyer pursuant to this Agreement and applicable Orders, and (iii) is attached to this Agreement and incorporated herein by reference.
Product Schedule. 4.1 Subject to adjustments in production and delivery schedule pursuant to Sections 6.3 and 12.5 of this Agreement, Solectron shall manufacture Products for Customer in accordance with the production schedule to be agreed on in writing by the parties no later than thirty (30) days after the Effective Date (the “Production Schedule”). Subject to Solectron’s right to adjust the product and delivery schedule in accordance with Sections 6.3 and 12.5 hereof, the Production Schedule set forth in Schedule 4. shall be modified only by a writing signed by both Customer and Solectron.

Product Schedule. Each individual Product Schedule shall include a period of performance. In the event that any Product Schedule period of performance extends beyond the Term, the Term shall automatically be extended and remain in effect until such time as the Product Schedule period of performance is completed.
