Product Level Testing. Flextronics shall test Products in accordance with quality evaluation and test requirements necessary to confirm that the Products meet the applicable Specifications. In the event that any Products do not meet the applicable Specifications, Flextronics shall manage the rework of such Products in accordance with the provisions of Section 9 and Exhibit 11.
