Common use of Product Changes Clause in Contracts

Product Changes. Seller reserves the right to discontinue or change any Product it manufactures or sources. If the Product or component of the Product originally installed is not available and Seller elects to provide a replacement, Seller shall have the right to substitute such Product or component with a Product or component designated by Seller, at its sole option, to be of equal quality and price.
