Producing Wells Sample Clauses
Producing Wells. All producing wells located on the Borrowing Base Oil and Gas ▇▇▇▇▇rties have been, ▇▇▇▇ng all times that such were under the direction or control of the Borrower and, to the knowledge of the Borrower, at all other times, drilled, operated and produced in conformity with all applicable Laws, rules, regulations and orders of all regulatory authorities having jurisdiction, are subject to no penalties on account of past production, and are bottomed under and are producing from, and the well bores are wholly within, the Borrowing Base Oil and Gas Properties, or on Oil and Gas Properties which have been pooled, unitized or communitized with the Borrowing Base Oil and Gas Properties.
Producing Wells. All producing we▇▇▇ ▇ocated on the Co▇▇▇▇▇ral Assets have been, during all times that such were under the direction or control of the Borrower and, to the knowledge of the Borrower, at all other times, drilled, operated and produced in conformity with all applicable Laws, rules, regulations and orders of all regulatory authorities having jurisdiction, are subject to no penalties on account of past production, and are bottomed under and are producing from, and the well bores are wholly within, the Collateral Assets, or on Oil and Gas Properties which have been pooled, unitized or communitized with the Collateral Assets.
Producing Wells. All producing wells located on the Lands have been drilled, o▇▇▇▇▇ed and produced ▇▇ ▇▇l material respects in conformity with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and orders of all regulatory authorities having jurisdiction, and are subject to no penalties on account of past production, and are bottomed under and are producing from, and the well bores are wholly within, the Lands.
