Producer’s Dedication. Subject to Section 2.3 through Section 2.5, Producer exclusively dedicates the Dedicated Properties to Gatherer for the performance of the Services under this Agreement and commits to deliver to Gatherer on account of Shipper, as and when produced, all Dedicated Crude Oil into the Gathering System for the performance of the Services under this Agreement. The Parties agree and acknowledge that the Crude Oil produced from the Excluded ▇▇▇▇▇ is not subject to the dedication and commitment made by Producer under this Agreement.
