PRODUCERS' AGREEMENTS. Each of the Producers covenants to the Lenders solely as to itself until payment in full of the principal of and interest on the Notes and payment in full of all amounts owing under the Loan Agreement and the Letter Agreement at the time of such payment in full of such Notes, unless compliance with the provisions of this Part 1 shall have been waived by the Majority Lenders, to do and perform the following:
