Producer Rejection of WA Offer. If the producer rejects the WA offer by signing in the rejection block (if the producer rejects the WA offer, but does not sign in the rejection block, the AIP must sign the rejection statement in the allotted space for the AIP’s signature attesting that the WA offer was presented to the producer and the producer rejected) or the producer did not sign the WA offer by the expiration date:
