Procurement Working Group. (a) A Procurement Working Group will be established to carry out the Establishment Commitments at set out in the table clause 5 below. The Procurement Working Group will consist of representatives from the Corporation and from relevant State Agencies. (b) The Working Group will consider whether there are opportunities to strengthen the procurement strategy between commencement of the Settlement Agreement and the Five Year/Initial Outcomes Review.
