Procurement Plans Sample Clauses

Procurement Plans. Each Party shall encourage its procuring entities to publish, prior to, or as early as possible in, each fiscal year, a notice regarding their procurement plans for that fiscal year that includes a description of each planned procurement and indicate the expected time of commencement of the related tender process.
Procurement Plans. The Borrower shall ensure that a procurement plan is submitted to the Association for its review on an annual basis by March 31 of every year of Project implementation, commencing March 31, 2003.
Procurement Plans. At least sixty days prior to the commencement of each year, the Parties, through the Procurement and Manufacturing Team, shall complete a Procurement Plan which shall include terms relating to the exchange of information and designate responsibility to one of the Procurement and Manufacturing Team members as common procurement manager for each particular product which shall be determined by the Procurement and Manufacturing Team. Each such Procurement Plan shall be submitted to the Parties for their approval, prior to the commencement of each calendar year and shall be approved by the Board of Directors of each of IVI and Ingenico by January 31. For the 1997 calendar year the Procurement and Manufacturing Team shall complete the Procurement Plan and obtain the approval of the Parties by March 31, 1997. Following such approval, each of the Parties shall fund the procurement plan expense budget requirements promptly as required in accordance with the terms of such plan. ARTICLE FOUR

Procurement Plans. The Borrower shall, until the completion of the execution of the Project: (a) furnish to the Association no later than November 30 each year, starting on November 30, 2003, a procurement plan acceptable to the Association covering the period remaining for the completion of the execution of the Project; (b) review with the Association within four weeks following the submission of the procurement plan referred to in subparagraph (a) of this paragraph said procurement plan; and (c) thereafter take all measures required to ensure the efficient completion and achievement of the procurement plan based on its conclusions and recommendations and on the views of the Association on the said procurement plan.
