Procurement Plan Implementation. MCA-Vanuatu shall ensure that all goods, services and works shall be procured using the procurement method as approved in each Procurement Plan, unless MCC otherwise agrees in writing. Compliance (satisfactory to MCC) with the approved Procurement Plan shall be a condition precedent to MCC Disbursements or Re-Disbursements, as applicable, for the related Program or Project expense.
