Procurement Method, Paragraph C4 Clause Samples

The 'Procurement Method, Paragraph C4' clause defines the specific process or approach that must be used to acquire goods, services, or works under the contract. It typically outlines whether procurement will be conducted through open tender, direct negotiation, or another approved method, and may set out requirements such as competitive bidding or prequalification of suppliers. By clearly specifying the procurement method, this clause ensures transparency, consistency, and compliance with relevant regulations, thereby reducing the risk of disputes or unfair practices in the selection of vendors.
