PROCUREMENT INTEGRITY. Both Parties acknowledge that the requirements of the Procurement Integrity Act (41 U.S.C. § 423) and of Federal Acquisition Regulation (“FAR”) Subpart 9.5, related to Organizational Conflicts of Interest, apply to the exchange of Confidential Information under this Agreement.
