Procurement Advisory Tasks. Contractor shall review, and shall be responsible to understand and correctly apply, all current rules, bulletins and guidance pertaining to the State’s established procurement process (as may be modified or amended from time to time), to each MES modernization procurement it assists the State to complete. In addition to the tasks identified section B.1. above, Contractor, serving as an adjunct resource to the Project Manager and Procurement Writer in the State’s established procurement process, shall provide advice relating to and shall facilitate RFP writing, preparation, posting timeline, and award for each MES modernization procurement in accordance with the State’s established procurement policies, processes and standards. Contractor’s RFP-related tasks and deliverables include: a. MES system and functional requirements drafted for inclusion in the RFP. b. A complete RFP draft for each MES module, ready for the State to post upon State’s approval.
