Procure Release. Sublessee shall as soon as possible and in any event within five (5) Business Days of becoming aware of the same procure the release of any Security Interest (other than Permitted Liens) arising over the Aircraft or any part thereof and procure the release of the Aircraft from any arrest or detention to which it is subject.
