Common use of Procure fulfilment Clause in Contracts

Procure fulfilment. The Warrantors jointly and severally undertake to the Hong Kong Underwriters to procure the fulfilment of the Conditions on or before the relevant time or date specified therefor and, in particular, shall furnish such information, supply such documents, pay such fees, give such undertakings and do all acts and things as may be required by the Sole Global Coordinator (acting in such capacity and on behalf of the Hong Kong Underwriters), the Sole Sponsor, the SEHK, the SFC, the Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong and any other relevant Authorities for the purposes of or in connection with the listing of the Shares and the fulfilment of such Conditions.

Procure fulfilment. The Warrantors jointly and severally undertake to the Hong Kong Underwriters Underwriter to procure the fulfilment of the Conditions on or before the relevant time or date specified therefor and, in particular, shall furnish such information, supply such documents, pay such fees, give such undertakings and do all acts and things as may be required by the Sole Global Coordinator (acting in such capacity and on behalf of as the Hong Kong UnderwritersUnderwriter), the Sole Sponsor, the SEHK, the SFC, the Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong and any other relevant Authorities for the purposes of or in connection with the listing of the H Shares and the fulfilment of such Conditions.

Procure fulfilment. The Warrantors jointly and severally undertake Company undertakes to the Hong Kong Underwriters to use its best endeavours to procure the fulfilment of the Conditions on or before the relevant time or date specified therefor and, in particular, shall furnish such information, supply such documents, pay such fees, give such undertakings and do all acts and things as may be reasonably required by the Sole Joint Global Coordinator Coordinators (acting in such capacity and on behalf of the Hong Kong Underwriters), the Sole SponsorJoint Sponsors, the SEHK, the SFC, SFC and the Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong and any other relevant Authorities for the purposes of or in connection with the listing of the Shares and the fulfilment of such Conditions.
