Processor may charge fees for processing Splitit Payment transactions and providing related services as set forth in the agreements between you and Processor (“Processing Fees”) and such Processing Fees and other amounts, fees, charges, fines and penalties will be deducted prior to Processor paying Splitit the amounts due relating to the Purchased Splitit Receivables.
