PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA. 9.1 The Bank will process your personal data in accordance with the law and regulations. 9.2 In certain situations, the Bank is authorised to publish or to disclose to a third party information on its relationship with you. The situations in question include the following: a. if the Bank is obliged to do so by law or by regulation or under a court or similar order enforceable in the relevant jurisdiction; b. if the Bank is obliged to do so by a professional or self-regulating organisation (whether a government entity or a different body), a supervisory authority or under a court or similar order enforceable in the relevant jurisdiction; or c. if the Bank is obliged to do so by a domestic, foreign or international government body. 9.3 In certain cases, a Bank may not be permitted (by law or regulation, for example) to inform you that it has disclosed to a third party information on its relationship with you. In such cases, the Bank cannot be obliged to inform you of the disclosure of the information in question.
