Processing Warranty. Vendor represents and warrants that the Software provided under this Agreement shall accurately recognize and process date and time data (including, but not limited to, calculating, comparing, and sequencing) for all leap year calculations. In the event of a breach of this warranty, Vendor shall promptly, but in no more than five (5) business days following notification of the breach, repair, replace or otherwise correct the System, the Software or any parts thereof, affected by the breach and shall take all necessary steps to restore any and all data or source code lost, destroyed or otherwise affected by the breach, all at no additional cost to BTE. This warranty is perpetual and shall survive the expiration of any other warranty period or the termination of this Agreement.
