After 09:00am (Nine o’clock, Cyprus time) GMT on working days: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ requests submitted after this time will be processed the following business day. Rejected Withdrawals: Please note that the Company reserves the right to review the trading account, account history, supporting documentation and may request additional information prior to completing the withdrawal request. If necessary, the Company will contact the client for further clarifications. In this case, the withdrawal request will be cancelled by the Company until such time as the outstanding matters are resolved. The client should then re-submit his withdrawal request at the earliest possible time.
Processing Time Frames. For purposes of this Agreement, Business Day is any day Monday through Friday other than a standard Federal Reserve holiday or such other weekday Federal Reserve Banks are closed. Time frames for the processing of Remittances will be as follows:
(a) Voya shall use its best efforts to process Remittances received in Good Order by 2:00 PM ET on a Business Day by the end of the same Business Day.
(b) Voya shall use its best efforts to process Remittances received after 2:00 PM ET on a Business Day by the end of the next Business Day.
(c) Voya shall use its best efforts to process Remittances received NIGO but subsequently brought into Good Order on a particular Business Day by the end of the next Business Day.
