Processing Roles. This DPA governs the transfer of Personal Data by Users to Us. In this regard, the User will act as a “Data Controller” and the Company will act as a “Data Processor”.

Processing Roles. In the context of this DPA and its Exhibits, with regard to the Processing of Customer Personal Data, (1) when the Customer acts as a Controller, ▇▇▇▇▇ acts as a Processor; and (2) where the Customer acts as a Processor, ▇▇▇▇▇ acts as a sub-Processor. For the avoidance of doubt, both situations described in this section fall within the scope of, and are covered by, this DPA.

Processing Roles. The Parties agree that Supplier Processes Personal Information as a service provider and/or data processor to Leidos. Supplier agrees to Process Personal Information pursuant to Leidos’ instructions, as set out in this DPE and the Contract Agreement(s).

Processing Roles. For both Business Contact Data and Support Data, the Party providing the data shall be the “Discloser” and the party receiving the data shall be the “Recipient.” As between the Parties and if applicable under Data Protection Requirements: 2.1.1. Discloser and Recipient are each a Controller of Business Contact Data exchanged under the Main Agreement. 2.1.2. Reseller and Juniper Networks are each a Processor or Subprocessor of Support Data depending on ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s relationship with the Customer.

Processing Roles. The Parties agree that for the purposes of the Data Protection Legislation, insofar as the Parties process the Shared Personal Data in connection with the Pilot (throughout the duration of the Pilot and following full repayment of the loan within the Pilot), they will do so as joint controllers. Annex A sets out the details of the Shared Personal Data that will be processed by the Parties as joint controllers under this Schedule 8.
