Processing Plan Clause Samples
A Processing Plan clause outlines the procedures and requirements for handling, managing, or processing specific materials, data, or tasks within an agreement. It typically details the steps to be followed, assigns responsibilities to relevant parties, and may set timelines or quality standards for the processing activities. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of how processing should occur, thereby promoting consistency, compliance, and accountability throughout the duration of the contract.
Processing Plan. Proposer shall include a Processing Plan that demonstrates the proposer’s ability to arrange for the processing of Recyclables and Organics originating in the City for the term of the Collection Agreement and any extensions thereof. The plan should identify any arrangements that will benefit the City in maintaining long-term rate stability. Prior to selection, the Contractor will be required to produce proof of all arrangements described in its offer. Contractor should indicate the per-ton costs and tonnage disposal guarantees they will offer the City. The plan should specify facilities and fees for the processing of all materials collected in the City.
Processing Plan. During each of the Processing Seasons during the Term hereof, Contractor shall process PM tobacco in accordance with the Processing Plan developed by Contractor and updated in accordance with this Section 3.4.
