Processing Personal Data. 6.1. The processing of personal data of the Customer is carried out by the Bank in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Privacy Notices on such processing (including the purposes of the processing, indications of potential recipients of the data, specification of Customer's rights) are made by the Bank upon initiation of the contractual relationship between the Bank and the Customer or, as applicable, subsequently, in the situations referred to under the law (such as, the initiation of new processing or the change of the legitimate basis of existing processing) and may be found, updated, on the website xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xx and in any Alpha Bank Romania unit.
