Common use of Processing Orders Clause in Contracts

Processing Orders. At its discretion, FSB may process your payment order to transfer funds to another FSB account or to an account at another financial institution. FSB reserves the right to reject any payment order without cause or prior notice, and may notify you of the rejection orally, electronically, or in writing. FSB is not liable to you for the rejection or obligated 1 Texas Business and Commerce Code, chapter 4. to pay you interest for the period before you receive notice of rejection. You agree that payment orders must comply with all applicable laws of the United States.
