Processing Facility Use Sample Clauses

Processing Facility Use. Developer agrees to design, construct, permit, own, operate, maintain, and manage the Processing Facility pursuant to the Development Standards set out in the Appendix to this Agreement. Developer shall use the Processing Facility and other appurtenances of Developer on the Project Site exclusively for processing and treatment of Biogas produced by the Plant, and shall not be used or made available for processing or treatment of the products of any third party.
