Processing Facility Report. 1. Approved Organic Materials Processing Facility: Franchisee shall provide documentation demonstrating the actual percent of the material removed for landfill Disposal that is Organic Waste is less than the percent specified in 14 CCR Section 17409.5.8(c)(2) or 17409.5.8(c)(3), whichever is applicable, and, if applicable, demonstrations compliance with the digestate handling requirements specified in 14 CCR Section 17896.5.
