Processing Capability. By December 1, 1996, MDC shall demonstrate an automatic computer code scanning capability which can identify fields, logic and data related to dates or calendar functions within computer programs in amount in excess of 98% accuracy and that it has an automatic computerized fix capability which will modify the computer programs such that they can function subsequent to the year 1999 with minimal required manual modifications. Thereafter, MDC shall maintain performance standards which equal or exceed the above.
